Develop good relations with people, and treat them kindly. Do not attack
them until you have invited them to Islam. All people on this earth, whether
living in mud or concrete houses, villages or cities, if you bring them to me
as Muslims, it will be much dearer to me than killing them and bringing their
women to me
102. ‘AbdUllaah ibne ‘Amr RadiyAllaahu Ta’aalaa ‘anhuma
narrates that Nabi SallAllaahu Ta-aalaa ‘alayhi
wa ‘aalihii wasallam said: Convey from me even if it be a single verse. (Bukhari)
Note: The objective of
this Hadith is to endeavour as much
as possible to convey the teachings of Deen.
If the things that you are conveying are very brief, even so, others may be
blessed with guidance by it. You will be rewarded for this, and blessed with
numerous virtues. (Mazaahir-e-Haque)
103. ‘Abdur Rahmaan ibne ‘Aaidh RadiyAllaahu Ta’aalaa
‘anhu narrates that whenever RasuulUllaah SallAllaahu Ta-aalaa ‘alayhi wa ‘aalihii wasallam sent any
expedition, he told them: Develop good relations with people, and treat them
kindly. Do not attack them until you have invited them to Islam. All people on
this earth, whether living in mud or concrete houses, villages or cities, if
you bring them to me as Muslims, it will be much dearer to me than killing them
and bringing their women to me. (Mataalib-ul-‘Aaliyah, ‘Isaabah)
104. ‘Ibne ‘Abbaas RadiyAllaahu Ta’aalaa ‘anhuma narrates that RasuulUllaah SallAllaahu
Ta-aalaa ‘alayhi wa ‘aalihii wasallam said: Today you listen to me about Deen (Religion); tomorrow you will be
heard. And then it will be heard from those, who heard from you.
