performing Ablution (Wuduu) every time, because it is the Practice of the Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon Him)

257. 'Aa-'ishah (RadiyAllaahu 'anha) narrates that Nabi (SallAllaahu 'alaihi wasallam) said: The Siwaak is a means of purifying the mouth and pleasing the Rabb. (Nasai)
258. Abu Umaamah (RadiyAllaahu 'anhu) narrates that RasuulUllaah (SallAllaahu 'alaihi wasallam) said: Whenever Jibraiil ('Alaihis-salaam) came to me he stressed the use of Siwaak to the extent that I feared (from the excessive use of Siwaak) I may injure my gums. (Musnad)
259. 'Aa-'ishah (RadiyAllaahu 'anha) narrates that whenever RasuulUllaah (SallAllaahu 'alaihi wasallam) slept in the night or day, as He awoke He would brush His teeth with Siwaak before performing Wuduu. (Abu Daawood)
260. 'Ali (RadiyAllaahu 'anhu) narrates that RasuulUllaah (SallAllaahu 'alaihi wasallam) said: Verily, when an 'Abd (the slave of Allaah) uses the Siwaak, then stands in Salaat, an angel stands behind him, listening closely to his recitation. He then draws closer and closer to him, until he places his mouth upon the mouth (of the one reciting the Qur'aan). Whatever he recites from the Qur'aan, it enters inside the angel, so purify your mouths (with Siwaak) for (the recitation of) the Qur'aan. (Musnad, Bazzaar, Majma-'uz-Zawaaid)
